Heathrow closed just when I wanted to leave. I had to stay the night in a 250 pound bad hotel, get ripped off by taxis and in the end get the BA flight next morning canceled too. Therefore I took the Eurostar to Paris, and then I was lucky to get out of Orly as one of the few planes who made it. Many other were canceled. Anyhow, I arrived at one in the morning and we went out to celebrate my arrival at home.
