Our first real calzotada (Sunday, 20. March 2005)

A calzotada is real messy business. We are invited by Jordi to celebrate our first calzotada. Onions are grilled (or burned) over the fire, then cooked in their own heat and finally attacked with a special technique. Even drinking wine required special skills. In total, good fun and nothing with wouldn't wash off.
